This is an Edelbrock 2819 intake manifold for the Dodge Mopar Nascar P7 cylinder heads, ported by Evernham Motorsports this has been fully ported and polished. The ports measure 2.225" x 1.600".  The plenum measures 3.575" x 3.650" this one is good for all out racing and these manifolds are hard to find with this kind of work done to them, new with the work is about $2500
